What is HIPS filament?
HIPS stands for high impact polystyrene and it is a lightweight material that is mainly used as a soluble support structure when printing ABS models. HIPS can be dissolved in d-Limonene. Because it has much the same printing properties as ABS, it is perfectly suited as a support material for ABS. HIPS makes it possible to print complex models.
